The Mountain View Archives includes over 14
meters of textual documents and over 2000
photographs. Documents and photographs relate directly
to Olds and area, or were personal
documents/photographs of area residents.
The Archives are open to the public during regular
Museum hours or by appointment, research services are
reguarding specific files, general information or to
book an appointment

The Museum acquires new items for its permanent
collection through the generosity of individual
donations and/or bequests. In assessing potential
donations, the Museum considers whether the items meet
the following criteria:

support the Museum’s research activities, educational
programs, and exhibitions.
